Is there a big difference between 11 week and 13 week fetus?

Yes and No: The development of the embryo (it's an embryo until the 2nd trimester, when it becomes a fetus), is on a continuum. While there are differences in organ development between 11-13w, more important difference is between 37-39 weeks. It's important to establish due date in first trimester. Management decisions at 11-13w aren't as crucial as they become at 37-40 weeks. 11-13w woman do NT screen

Just size: By 11 weeks, everything has formed. From that point, the baby just grows. It's amazing how much the fetus grows, even just between 11 and 13 weeks.
