Can you tell me, are there any health benefits for adults to drink breast milk?

Am not aware of: Any immune effect bestowed to an adult by drinking human breast milk. No of no specific benefits.

Mostly myth: Any proposed benefit is more myth than real. Any supposed immune benefit is diluted too much by other food intake to matter. It is a source of some liquid/protein/carbohydrates/fat and various elements. It does not trigger improved health/vigor/hormonal balance any better than a standard balanced diet.

Is breast milk ok to drink for adults?

Yes: It is a nutritious beverage. However, there is little benefit of it to any adult over other milks. Their alternative intake dilutes any enzyme or health benefits a baby would have from a single source diet.
