Is 138/62 a healthy blood pressure?

Yes: Keeping your blood pressure below 140/90 is healthy. It would be better if your top number was below 130. A low salt diet and consistent physical activity is helpful

Not bad: and if not already doing, keep your weight at a low-normal BMI, exercise vigorously (cycle, jog elliptical) for at least 45 minutes three time per week, don't smoke and have a cholesterol check. All of these together add up to longevity and keeps doctors from making a living from you.
