I woke up this morning swollen. my hands and my toes hurts so bad i can't even bend them. what could reduce the swelling and what could be causing it?

Inflammation: Non traumatic Swelling, hands feet, bilaterally indicates either rheumatic disease or reactive inflammation however first possibility is more likely. For now take OTC pain killers like Advil (ibuprofen) and see primary care physician soon. You need Xrays and blood work to name the disease.
