Normal but: These are normal but you don't mention your total white blood cell count which is crucial for assessing if you have an infection. Moreover, the hemoglobin is only 1 of many parameters necessary to assess shortness of breath .What is your oxygen saturation at rest and after a 6 minute walk? Chest x-ray? FEV1 (forced expiratory volume in 1 second)?, BNP, TSH, EKG, and echo results? Much work to do!

Anemia not problem: Generally speaking, dyspnea (shortness of breath), may be caused by anemia, heart disease, or lung disease. Also, sometimes anxiety can make people feel short of breath. Your hemoglobin concentration (13.6 g/dL) is normal, so your dyspnea is not due to anemia. You will need to see a doctor to investigate why you are short of breath.
