Relaxation: Tooth clenching is a common cause of headaches. Unfortunately if you are a tooth clencher it is hard to stop. Anything that you can do to reduce your level of tension will help a lot. Have you tried music while driving? I'm a big believer in exercise, good sleep, and even meditation for some people. Avoiding a lot of caffeine might help. Some people wear bite guards.
