If you really, truly want to whiten your teeth, have them cleaned professionally by a dentist first, then use otc pharmacy whitening strips if your budget does not allow for professional application.

A long time: There are many better, faster and safer ways to lighten your teeth. Working nights with a dentist will provide the best results. Remember that fillings, crowns, ano decayed teeth will not lighten.
