None: During pregnancy (and I see you must be asking for someone else, as you're male) it is absolutely essential that one discuss any medication one might take with their OB, and defer taking any medication or supplement until clearance has been given by one's doc. PNV are all the pregnant mother should be taking, unless the doctor clearly prescribes otherwise. Add no supplements please :)

Nutrition Supplement: There are also some good multivitamins available that are safe in pregnancy. You need to ensure that it has an adequate amount of Folic Acid and the appropriate amounts of other vitamins and minerals, like Iron and Calcium to ensure better oxygen and stronger bones to your developing baby . Higher amts of certain vit like A, can be riskier as well. So, make sure you balance yr needs w healthy diet

Fish oil, Iron: Fish oil or DHA is used to help in neurological development. Iron will prevent on treat anemia. Extra Folic acids used for twins and some othe maternal conditions.

Fish oil, folic acid: Fish oil is a good idea. Folic acid, although this should be contained in the vitamin. Extra Folic Acid is only needed if you've had a previous pregnancy with a neural tube defect (spina bifida). You may want to rethink the Klonopin (clonazepam). It is pregnancy risk category D, not advised in pregnancy and not for use in nursing either.
