Abdominal issues: Nausea and vomiting after eating fatty foods is suspicious for a gallbladder disease especially if accompanied by right upper abdominal discomfort. The frequency of your symptoms, once a month may be explained either by a gallbladder spasm called by a stone lodging into the duct and then rolling back into the bladder or just a simple gallbladder muscle wall spasm. Doing an ultrasound may help.
