FugusRequireMoisture: without which they do not survive. A key reason fugal infections are far more common under nails & between skin folds (athlete's foot) than in other locations. They are very difficult to stop, once they get a hold, esp. if your blood glucose is not very low (optimal HbA1c <5.0%) & circulation not good (optimize lipoproteins). Avoid moisture cream, closed toe shoes Before terbinafine 3-4 months.
