I have what looks like a tiny blister or pimple on my back that won't go away and it hurts a little. i have had it for weeks. it is red in the middle with a slightly raised white border around it. ?

See a doctor: It is really hard to be helpful without seeing it but your description certainly could be an early form of skin cancer which can be cured just by removing it, sometimes non-surgically. Most infections / rashes / etc. would either be better or worse by now, and so that is what suggests skin cancer. Please get it checked!
