My daughter is 6mo& has a patch of fine hair above her bottom on her back & today in the sun i saw she has light hair on her vagina. is this normal?

Fine hairs infant: Certain ethnic groups tend to have more body hair than others, even in infancy. The light hair on her vaginal area is likely nothing to worry about unless it becomes dark and curly. The patch of hair above her bottom, or over her sacrum, is occassionally related to abnormalities of the end of the spinal canal. Have your pediatrician follow these things at her routine health visits.
