Allergy is common: Without an examination, I cannot say in your particular case. But, local allergic responses are generally histamine mediated like hives/itching/blisters and ant-histamines and steroids are often helpful

Prob reaction: To testers. Obviously don't use them anymore. And keep all make up to absolute minimum until resolved. If worsens. See your PCP
