Here are...: Infection of semen is caused by the infection inside urethra or bladder, from there bacteria move and extend their territory through "defected" ejaculatory ducts, eventually invade seminal vesicles where infectious/inflammatory process kicks off. But, seeing pus cells or bacteria in semen may mean different things. The effectiveness of treating it has been not uniformly successful. See Doc timely.
