Can be: Up to 25% of all pregnant women have some bleeding especially in the first trimester. While it could be a threatened miscarriage, if it's only light spotting, everything should be okay you should call your doctors office, and make an appointment. He or she may want to do an ultrasound to make sure the baby is okay. Good luck and I hope everything turns out okay
