Traumatic Fibroma: also called Irritation Fibroma. It is common, benign mucosa enlargement due to chronic trauma (e.g. biting lip, sharp tooth margin). The treatment is excisional biopsy. See your dentist for definitive diagnosis and treatment if needed.
