Need more informatio: It is very difficult to tell you what these bumps are due to without more information and possible physical exam with naked eye. We need to know if there is any itching involved,any other member of your family has it,how long you have had,are you taking any medicine,any other medical condition you suffer from I suggest you have it checked by your doctor or a dermatologist
