A member asked:

How to cope with a car accident?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Psychological Effect: I am assuming you are feeling the psychological effects of having had a car accident. These might include worried, being jumpy or easily startled, not sleeping well, etc. You can start with self help books on relaxation techniques, eat well, talk to someone about your feelings, exercise. If that does not work, see your physician to be referred to psychologist.
