Not sure: Anemia is diagnosed by having a blood count performed. This has to be ordered by a doctor. So, if you don't want to go to a doctor you can't really know for sure.

Blood test: You need a blood test to know if you are anemic. They usually test you for anemia before donating blood at any center.
