How to get the cytomegalo virus?

Can't avoid it: Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is transmitted by saliva, blood, or genital fluids. Over 90% of all people get it, usually in childhood. Most infections cause no symptoms or disease. New infection during pregnancy sometimes causes serious infection of the newborn. Some new CMV infections cause a mono-like illness. Most important, sometimes serious infection if immune deficiency, e.g. AIDS, chemotherapy.
