Self-worth: Believe in yourself. Start each day by looking yourself in the mirror and acknowledging your self-worth. Assuming that doesn't work or isn't enough, seek counseling such as cognitive behavioral therapy. If necessary, your Family Doc or Psychiatrist can offer medications. Regardless, don't wait. In fact, tell yourself that you're a good person now.
