Pick Your Poison: Not a pretty picture.Most people would think the person is getting progressive Alzeheimer's but an astute clinician/neurologist will figure out it's Pick's because they more frequently act weird(bad etiquette, tactlessness,etc) and anyways, they will eventually order a CT or MRI which will show characteristic changes. So would a sample of tissue, if studied. So basically it's a form of 'dementia.'
