Can you tell me how precise is the first response early detection pregnancy test?

Depends: A positive result is generally reliable. A negative result on a test done too early is not reliable. Blood test is more sensitive and reliable than a urine test.

Company states: The first response product states it can provide results 6 days prior to a missed period. The company states it is > 99% accurate the day of the expected period.
