Kidney stones: There are many different sizes, shapes and types of kidney stones. Hydration (ounces of water per day can be as much as half of your weight in pounds) For example if one weighs 150 lbs one should drink 75 ounces of liquid per day. Caffeinated beverages do not count. Each type of kidney stone should be analyzed and an individualized care plan from your doctor should be made.
