Yes/ it depends.: If there is a tumor in the cerebellum, like cerebellar astrocytoma, coordination, etc. Might be affected, but if the tumor is in another place, like in the body of the cerebrum, it might have no effect. Many brain tumors cause their effects by mass or pressure effect, like on vision, seizures, headache, or herniation of brain effect.
