Almost anything...: It could be anything from tooth problems, gland problems or even allergies. You have to say how wide spread in the tingling or numbness, does it come after eating something does any tooth look suspicious or have a hole in it? Or...What are you putting in your mouth. The best thing of course is to go see a dentist or doctor.
