You should be fine: One dose of a blood pressure medication is not likely to cause a problem, even if you don't have high blood pressure. However, if you are taking other medications it would be a good idea to call your physician to make sure that the blood pressure medication does not interact with your other medications.

Medication error: High bp medicines lower blood pressure but their effect wears off after at most a day if you don't keep taking more after one dose. IF you took a bunch of pills you should go to the ER and be checked and perhaps treated.

Check BP frequently : If below 100 mm of Hg ,drink plenty of fluids,keep recumbent position for at least 8-12 Hrs.if symptomatic or concerned go to ER.
