Bone reacts to insults like infection, fracture, and tumor (primary and netastases)trying to repair site of insult.If multiphase scan performed including blood pool and delayed phases soft tissue hyperemia of cellulitis and synovitis seen.If cannot localize pain, sensitive but not specific. MR or CT specific
