Yes: All unexplained infertility means is that we don't have a test to determine exactly what is causing your infertility. However the treatments for unexplained infertility work great. Treatments: 1. Clomid (clomiphene) with IUI (IUI is very important part) 2. Ovulation induction with IUI 3. IVF Best of luck.

Yes: Having no confirmed diagnosis for the cause of infertility would certainly leave the door open to conception. I've seen many cases of pregnancy where infertility had been the working hypothesis! Keep practicing! ;-)
