2 - 4 weeks: Let your cervix heal & try not to disrupt the healing cervix with anything on the vagina, including tampons. I instruct patients to wait until 2 weeks with no bleeding or discharge. Please check with your doc for his/her recommendations. Take good care of yourself & be sure to keep your follow-up visits.
