Heart Attack Symptom: First of all, how do you know for sure you are not having a heart attack? It is definitely conceivable that you could be having a heart attack. These days even obese children are having heart attacks! Your risk is quadrupled if you have diabetes or metabolic syndrome. Has anyone in your family ever had cardiovascular disease? That greatly increases your risk, too.

Emergency.: I think your symptoms warrant emergent evaluation. I suggest you call 911 and get care at the nearest emergency room. The chest squeezing does not have to be due to a heart attack, but there is no way to tell whether this is something serious or not without getting evaluated by a doctor. Best wishes!
