It is used.: PD means Parkinson"s Disease has accompanying dementia where one of the symptoms is visual hallucinations and the dementia is called Lewy Body dementia. Other symptoms include memory problems, depression, and sundowning symptoms. Aricept and Namenda (memantine) helps with the memory and some of the agitation at night ( sundowning syndrome).
