Do you have packing?: You need to be on antibiotic if there is packing in your nose/ also need to take it lightly, stay propped up. afrin if bleeding twice daily for 2-3 days. Change dripping pad as needed. Watch for complications that were mentioned to you by your doctor, if any , then call him/her excess bleeding-- ED
