A member asked:

What to do if i have botox for strabismus?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Botos is given when strabismus is new and recovery is a possibility . It paralyzes the active muscle to present fibrosis of the opposing muscle while it recovers. This will also protect the eye so that if surgery is necessary, the new position of the eye can be counted upon.
