There is a problem: Chances are this condition is very treatable. You want to have physical and psychiatric evaluation. A treatment plan will be evolved that probably will include medication There is a good chance that you will get help with this condition.

Yes.: You have see a doctor about this if you haven't already because the terms "hallucinations" and "explosions" are far too nonspecific to be helpful in diagnosis. You'll have to explain to a doctor what you mean by them.
