Quite likely 'yes': This is complicated depending on what services he/she provides and what your insurance covers, if anything. But simply 'yes, ' if you accept a service from a doctor you accept responsibility to pay for it. If you have no insurance benefit ('non-covered service') your doctor may bill you. Some insurance services are 'bundled, ' you would do well to talk with your insurance rep about these.
