Allergy testing: Allergy testing would be an option, can be done as a blood test or patch test. There are several OTC products that would help but given the duration, you're probably going to need a prescription medicine. Your environment, (dogs, cats, pollens, dust etc) could be an issue as well and needs to be addressed
