Baths-No: I suggest stopping all meds and consulting with your treating physician. Cold baths will cool you off- that's all.

Estrogen: The theory behind taking diindolylmethane is to shift metabolism from pro-cancer to benign. It is found in cruciferous vegetables, consumption of which has been associated w/lower risk of cancer. However, DIM will not decrease estrogen levels in any meaningful manner so as to cure you of gynecomastia. You need to check your levels and work w/your doc to find a solution, whether durg or surgery.

Your question is a: bit unclear. Do you mean gynecomastia? If so, you should be evaluated by a physician. You may have elevated estrogen. Natural ways to lower estrogen include Zinc, which helps to prevent Testosterone conversion to Estradiol. Also, if you are overweight, losing weight will help. A lot of the conversion of testosterone to estrogen occurs in the body fat. Hope this helps.
