Get evaluated: There are certainly a few things. First off although you have had a tubal I would make sure pregnancy is out of the differential since on very rare occasions there can be failure. Next to that- rapid weight loss, thyroid dysfunction, ovarian dysfunction and many other things can also cause you period to be late. Also please remember that a late period sometimes does not mean anything at all.
