Heart symptoms worse with beta blocker-what is this?

Beta blockers: Beta blockers slow the heart rate and reduce the force of contraction of the heart. In cases of slow heart rate and weakness at baseline, or low BP these meds could make a person symptomatically worse. This might also happen in cases of acute asthma.
