Family history: Allmost all cancers are uncommon in women in their 30s. The one issue to look into is the family history. If you have a family history of early cancer, I would recommend discussing that with your doctor for an evaluation.

Blood Test: You need a test to see if you have markers for early breast cancer. If you don't have them then your risk is low. You always must to self checks and know your breasts.
