Demographics breast : The cancer is most common between ages 60-70. It is considered high risk if it shows at a young age group that's between 25-50. There are various other tumor characteristics we take into account for risk stratification besides age such as grade, nodal status, oncotype score, er/pr/her2 status, lvi, pni, ki67 index and family history is very imp which defines the risk of carrying brca mutations.
