Depends. . .: Male patttern hair development on the extremities is more a reflection of your genetic background then puberty. Once your testosterone level reaches adult levels it is maintained until menopause. If you are equating puberty with growth in generall it is limited by closure of the epiphyseal plates of long bones which usually occurs by age 16-21 years of age in boys.
