Acid Reflux: The pain in the epigatrium you feel is likely from acid reflux or peptic ulcer disease. The other causes are gall stone and very rarely from heart, pericarditis and pleurisy. You are very young & consider anti acid therapy, limit use of spicy food, coffee, do not eat heavy meal 3 hours before sleep, use two pillows for sleep & no smoking or chewing tobaco. Call PCP if no improvment.

Pain: It may be due to acidity in your stomach. Try an over the counter antacid and see if it relieves it
