Many mimicks: The symptoms you describe may be a reflection of fibromyalgia (FM) but there are many conditions that mimick FM and are treated very differently. For example, certain types of low thyroid ( hypothyroid) conditions can occur in younger women . Before attaching a label of FM to your symptoms you may want to see a practitioner experienced in determining what is the exact reason for your symptoms.
