Allergies?: Many things can cause ongoing sinus problems, including environmental allergies or irritants and structural problems within the nose or sinuses. Patients with sinus infections can feel tired and dizzy; however many other conditions and medications can also cause these symptoms. If you don't' improve with treatment, it is best to recheck with your doctor.

Allergy care: This could be allergies. Have you tried allergy medicines or prescription nasal sprays? Have you seen an ENT? If the symptoms persist after the antibiotics and a trial antiallergy medicine, then I recommend a visit to your PCP (primary care physician) or an ENT.
