HPV/Nevi/Molluscum: Rough and raw genital areas can imply a raised lesion. It could be a wart (hpv), molluscum contagiosum, or a benign nevi, for example. Other concerns could be a more serious condition like a melanoma, for example. Generally, if uncertain, your gyn may biopsy it or frequently, refer you to a dermatologist. Good luck.
