Probably...: Fullness on your left side with lying on your stomach is a non-specific symptom that's difficult to interpret for you, but pain during sex is never normal. Please see an Ob/Gyn or Family Doctor for a pelvic exam and further evaluation.

Not Serious: The fullness that you experience while laying on your stomach is unlikely to signify anything significant; it likely relates to the pressure you put on your abdomen when you lay on it; I don't think the pain during sex has any relationship to it and you might want to check this with your PCP
