Not needed: If you are already on birth control then there is no reason to be taking emergency contraception since you are already covered. Yes it can cause those side effects

Yes: Your emergency contraceptive (Next Choice) can cause these side effects whether it is used with your oral contraceptive (Portia) or not. Don't need to use both together.
