Arhtiritis: Thank you for the great question. Crunching and pain in both knees is a common complaint typically occurs later in life. Most of the time, this is a sign of "osteoarthritis". Basically your joints are not as young as they used to be! You should see your doctor for a proper evaluation. The best way to treat OA is with exercise, stretching and over the counter pain medicines as needed.
